ABF The Soldiers’ Charity — We Are The Soldiers’ Charity

Stylish and informative video to support charity re-brand.

The Soldiers’ Charity underwent a re-brand in 2010 (they were formerly known as The Army Benevolent Fund) and briefed us to create a video to clearly and concisely explain who they are, what they do and what they stand for.

Our concept for the video was to tell the charity’s story through the eyes of fundraisers, supporters, beneficiaries and those who work for The Soldiers’ Charity.

We developed an engaging script that seamlessly took the viewer through the charity’s proposition, tying together its different strands of work.

After a fun day of filming down in Battersea we added a straight-talking VO and some whizzy post-production to create a slick final product.

The Outcome:

The final film went down fantastically within the organisation and was warmly received by supporters. The film was also shown in the House of Lords and DVD’s were created to share with key supporters.

Sophie McCready, Head of Communications for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity said something very nice indeed about our work:

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Nonsense. They understood what made us tick from the moment we met and showed great creative vision in realising the brief we gave them. We have ended up with a product that we are very proud of and we feel sure it will enable us to reach a whole new set of audiences.”
