Our in-house video department has grown from strength to strength since it’s inception in 2009, and we are now looking to take the team to the next level, with the addition of talented, ambitious, creative people who are striving to create the best work of their career.
We are searching for an experienced, creative and ambitious Producer who has a passion for delivering engaging and shareable, multi-channel video content, spanning a diverse range of subject matter.
Our producers are client-facing and perform a pivotal role through the entire production process, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing, scripting & storyboarding (oversight), casting, locations, crewing, ownership of the shoot itself and guiding the project through post-production to delivery, including grading, voiceover, music supervision and audio mixing.
The ideal candidate will be a content producer in their own right, with the ability to independently scope, shoot, direct, and edit content to an exceptional standard, but who is equally effective when tasked with building a small team of external specialists to execute a brief, and also has experience of autonomously producing bigger, more in-depth productions.
So, whether it be a quick turnaround ongoing content job utilising our in-house video team, or a full scale production, with a 50 strong cast and crew, you will be responsible for delivering on time and in budget, whilst also playing your part in pushing our already high creative and executional standards, exceeding our clients expectations and creating work that we can all be proud of.
As well as producing content, you will also be responsible for supporting our Head of Video in the day-to- day running of the department, both from a creative and procedural perspective, including the management of our full time production assistant.
