About Us

We’re an independent creative agency based in the heart of Hoxton. We pride ourselves on helping brands tell powerful stories that are rooted in their audience’s interests and told in creative, innovative ways. We’re a growing team of thinkers and doers, comprised of client service, planners and creatives who work closely alongside our in-house design, video and technical teams. We enjoy what we do and who we do it with, and are looking to grow our team with like-minded people.

Our in-house video department has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 2009, and we are now looking to take the team to the next level, with the addition of talented, ambitious, creative people who are striving to create the best work of their career.

The Role

We are searching for an experienced, creative and ambitious Producer who has a passion for delivering engaging and shareable, multi-channel video content, spanning a diverse range of subject matter.

Our producers are client-facing and perform a pivotal role through the entire production process, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing, scripting & storyboarding (oversight), casting, locations, crewing, ownership of the shoot itself and guiding the project through post-production to delivery, including grading, voiceover, music supervision and audio mixing.

The ideal candidate will be a content producer in their own right, with the ability to independently scope, shoot, direct, and edit content to an exceptional standard, but who is equally effective when tasked with building a small team of external specialists to execute a brief, and also has experience of autonomously producing bigger, more in-depth productions.

So, whether it be a quick turnaround ongoing content job utilising our in-house video team, or a full scale production, with a 50 strong cast and crew, you will be responsible for delivering on time and in budget, whilst also playing your part in pushing our already high creative and executional standards, exceeding our clients expectations and creating work that we can all be proud of.

As well as producing content, you will also be responsible for supporting our Head of Video in the day-to-day running of the department, both from a creative and procedural perspective, including the management of our full time production assistant.

  • Producing shoots of all shapes and sizes. With budgets ranging from £0 - £100K and timelines from 1 day to 6 months. A varied range of experience from streamlined, reactive, content to bigger budget productions is essential.
  • Managing multiple video projects concurrently. Typically you will have 1 or 2 major projects and several smaller projects to produce at any one time, whilst also overseeing ongoing streams of content for our retained clients.
  • Hands on production skills — A good foundation in camerawork and editing is essential, both from a creative and technical perspective.
  • As well as regular video shoots, you will also be producing photoshoots, voiceovers and radio ads and occasional unique innovation projects or events.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years working as a producer in an agency environment, whether in-house or freelance.
  • An understanding of what makes video content great, and a passion for delivering to these standards.
  • A finger on the pulse of innovation and a good understanding of evolving content formats and delivery channels.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets of £40K+
  • Experience of line management is advantageous.
  • Expert technical knowledge of camera and lighting, and the associated equipment.
  • A strong narrative editor, ideally with experience of working in FCPX.
  • Experience in directing content and conducting interviews would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
