This role requires a talented and flexible mid-senior level web developer who has real passion, flair and commitment to developing attractive, functional websites, applications and back end systems.
The ideal candidate will be hungry to work on a varied range of projects across an interesting mix of clients. They will be expected to lead development focussed projects and must be able to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines and be naturally collaborative.
Essential skills
- Mid-Senior weight, with a demonstrable portfolio of published work for agency clients
- Highly proficient in core LAMP technologies (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP)
- Skilled in leading and guiding development projects
- Experience in server management (Apache/WHM/cPanel/SSH)
- Experience with Object Orientated Programming
- Experience developing for popular content management systems and Frameworks such as Expression Engine, Wordpress and CodeIgnitor
- Experience with HTML, CSS & Javascript
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Excellent command of English language
Advantageous
- Direct experience working in an agency
- Experience with versioning systems (Git/Mercurial/SVN)
- Experience with Codebase & Deploy (from aTech Media)
- Experience with mobile development (Native iOS & Android and/or 'Webapps')
- Working knowledge and experience of different social networking tools and APIs (Twitter / Facebook / YouTube / Google etc)

- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Highly proficient in core web technologies (HTML[5] / Javascript / CSS)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop - taking layered designs and turning them into fully functional, pixel-perfect sites & web applications
- Experience developing for popular content management systems and blogging platforms such as Expression Engine and Wordpress
- Application of web design and development 'good practice' standards such as accessibility, cross-browser compatibility; screen resolution etc
- Abreast of latest technologies and online web design and development trends
- Articulate and with a professional appearance and manner
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent organisational and planning skills - ability to manage own work schedule and ensure that deadlines are met

We're looking for a talented and flexible graduate with a good knowledge and passion for video production. Having studied an appropriate degree they should display creative flair and commitment to producing great video content.
Working closely with our Head of Video, the successful candidate will gain experience across all areas of video production, including camera and sound operating, editing and motion graphics and all areas of pre-production. The assistant role will also be expected to perform day-to-day running duties in both office and shoot environments.
Understanding of social media and an eye for design would be advantageous, allowing the candidate to help out in other areas of the agency when required.
The ideal candidate will be hungry to gain experience and be a quick leaner. They will be able to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines and will be naturally collaborative and organised.
Essential skills
- A good eye for composition and appreciation of storytelling both through the lens and in the edit suite.
- Highly self motivated and pro-active.
- Highly computer literate and able to pick up new software packages quickly and easily.
- Experienced working in production offices / on location at a runner or assistant level.
- An interest in and a desire to keep abreast of the latest and greatest of both the creative and technological aspects of the video industry.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Good command of English language.
Advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of working with design and video software packages such as Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects/Photoshop)
- A background in animation and motion graphics.
